Players bear full responsibility for any taxes on winnings collected from Jackpot Capital.13. Jackpot Capital reserves the right to add or discontinue games at its discretion without prior notice.14. By accepting prizes from Jackpot Capital, players consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. 15. All withdrawals are subject to audits. Players must provide valid identification matching the registered account name. Failure to comply within four weeks of request may result in account suspension and voided winnings.16. Payments are returned to the initial deposit method wherever possible. Jackpot Capital reserves final discretion on withdrawal methods.17. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations.18. Furthermore, Jackpot Capital holds the discretionary right to nullify any winnings and retain any balances in a player's Casino account under any of the following conditions: (a) Evidence indicating that a player maintains multiple active accounts.(b)If the name on a player's casino account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make purchases in the casino account; Using bank card in different name other than the account holder is forbidden. Deposits are accepted in the account holders name only. Copies of the card(s) used to deposit are required at the time of withdrawal. Authorization letter and Identification documents are required from the card owner.(c) If the name on a player's casino account does not match the name of the beneficial owner of the financial instrument used to make the deposit. Playing is only allowed in own name. Players are not allowed to play on behalf of beneficial owner. Also any system used to circumvent the natural randomness of our systems and or collection of data to or from the gaming server for analysis purposes during real money play. 21.Players are encouraged to retain transaction records to prevent misunderstandings.22. Jackpot Capital reserves the right to make the final decision on transaction eligibility23.Jackpot Capital reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at its discretion.24. Intellectual Property All materials on the Jackpot Capital website, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, logos, designs, trademarks, source code, and other content, are exclusively owned by Jackpot Capital or its licensors. Players may use the material solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any Jackpot Capital intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of account privileges, legal action, and liability for damages.
28a. Any account that has not shown any login or logout activity for more than six (6) consecutive months will be considered inactive.
28b. If your Jackpot Capital account is classified as inactive, Jackpot Capital has the right to void any remaining balance in your account.
