Game Details - Planet of the ‘Roos

Planet of the ‘Roos is a five-reel, three-line slot with 25 fixed paylines. That may be standard, but nothing else is ‘ordinary’ about this slot.

Take the outlandish and fantastical theme, for example. We can’t be too sure why, but the biggest, fiercest alpha male kangaroos from Down Under (that’s Straya to the locals, Australia to the rest of us) decided to relocate to the far side of the galaxy, where these rule the roost. Their planet has gods, gold coins, and ‘Roo gladiators armed to the teeth. Holograms of human skulls also appear on the reels to remind us that the ‘Roos rule supreme as the overlords and we are the underlings!

Fanciful spacecraft are featured and represent the Scatter symbols, which trigger Free Games when 3, 4 or 5 Scatters land on the reels. During Free Games, reels 2, 3, and 4 transform into an Oversized symbol reel that spins simultaneously with reels 1 and 5. Depending on other symbol appearing in various permutations, up to five Free Games are awarded.

Gold coins represent the Bonus symbols. During the Base Game, when 6 or more appear anywhere on the gameboard, this triggers the Hold & Spin feature. Before the feature begins, the 5x3 gameboard transforms into 15 independent reels. The triggering Bonus symbols lock in place and the remaining empty, independent reels continue spinning. Each time an extra Bonus symbol is landed, the re-spin is reset to 3x. If no new Bonus symbols appear, the game awards the Multiplier prize and/or Jackpots based on the collected Bonus symbols, and the feature ends. If all the 15 independent reels have been filled by Bonus symbols, the Grand Jackpot is awarded.
